As we continue our growth, we’re seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Program Manager to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that will elevate our brand and drive customer acquisition. As a Marketing Program Manager, you’ll work closely with our Marketing team to create and implement strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Program Development: Develop and manage marketing programs that align with business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Strategy teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, webinars, and other promotional activities.Develop strategies to leverage event content, including creating follow-up emails, social media posts, and blog updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including search, email, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
