ABM Specialist and Strategist - Marketing Automation

As an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Specialist and Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to identify key target accounts and develop personalized marketing initiatives that align with their specific needs and challenges.
- Account-Based Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target accounts and key decision-makers within those accounts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define account-specific goals, messaging, and value propositions.
2. Account Segmentation and Targeting:
- Segment target accounts based on various criteria, such as industry, company size, revenue, and customer profile.
- Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts and map their influence and buying processes.
3. Personalized Campaign Development:
- Create and execute personalized marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to individual target accounts.
- Utilize a mix of marketing channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, digital advertising, and events, to engage and nurture target accounts.
4. Content Development and Customization:
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop account-specific content and assets that resonate with target accounts' needs and pain points.
- Customize existing marketing collateral and messaging to align with the requirements of target accounts.
5. Measurement and Analytics:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of ABM campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize future ABM strategies and tactics.
6. Collaboration and Alignment:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution of ABM initiatives
- Share insights, best practices, and results with the broader marketing team to foster learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (4 to 5 years) in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and technologies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot ,6sense , Roll works, zoom-info ads ,demand base ).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
