Your Opportunity
As we continue to scale our Participant Advisory Team, we’re seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and AI-curious individual to join us as a Participant Advisory Associate.
This role combines customer service excellence with AI-powered efficiency. You’ll be part of the front-line team supporting 401(k) participants — helping them understand, navigate, and make the most of their retirement benefits. You’ll also leverage AI tools to improve response quality, automate tasks, and identify insights that enhance the participant experience.

What You'll Do:

Serve as a trusted guide for participants, providing clear, empathetic, and timely support in English via email, chat, and video.

Use AI tools to enhance customer engagement — from drafting communications to analyzing feedback and identifying common issues.

Continuously look for ways to automate, streamline, and scale participant interactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Customer Success) to share participant insights and drive improvements.

Take initiative — move projects from idea to execution.

Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture.

Learn quickly and apply new AI workflows or tech tools to improve efficiency

Ability and desire to reinvent customer processes for greater scale and quality

Who You Are

Based in Medellin, Colombia and able to speak English (spoken and written) — this is essential.

Curious about artificial intelligence and excited to use it in your day-to-day work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

401(k) or finance experience is not required — we’ll teach you!

Prior experience in customer success, support, or service roles preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience with CRM systems, chat platforms, or AI-assisted workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools) is a bonus.
This will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the office at our El Poblado Office.
