As an Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in scaling and modernizing our financial operations. You'll sit on the Integrations Team, focusing on troubleshooting integration issues, improving operational KPIs, and ensuring seamless payroll and financial processes across your own portfolio of clients.
Your Opportunity
This is a high-growth role designed to accelerate your career. You'll operate at the intersection of operations, analytics, and product, with direct ownership over payroll operations and client success.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across systems and partners
- Improve operational KPIs through process optimization and data-driven insights
- Leverage automation and AI tools to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
This is not a static role - you'll be expected to continuously improve systems, test new tools (especially AI-driven), and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day payroll operations for your assigned clients
- Troubleshoot integration issues and partner with Engineering to resolve root causes
- Redesign and improve operational processes for scalability, quality, and efficiency
- Identify and lead opportunities for automation and AI-assisted workflows
- Use data to uncover trends, gaps, and operational risks
- Leverage SQL, Excel, and modern tools (including AI) to drive decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client outcomes and internal processes
- Take ownership of workstreams and proactively suggest improvements
