Staff Product Engineer
We're looking for a Staff Product Engineer to help shape the tools that power Framer. You'll work across our React-based design and code ecosystem, including the core editor, canvas, plugins, and CMS, driving technical direction that spans multiple teams and helps everyone ship better, faster.
What you’ll do
Lead complex projects that cut across multiple product teams, from the editor to plugins to CMS.
Set technical direction and make architectural decisions that other engineers build on.
Translate ambitious product ideas into shippable, high-quality solutions.
Partner with engineers, designers, and leadership to identify and solve the hardest technical and product problems.
Raise the bar across teams through mentoring, code reviews, and shared standards.

What you’ll bring
9+ years of software engineering experience at a product company.
Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
A track record of driving projects that span multiple teams or domains.
Strong knowledge of automated testing and QA.
Bonus points for skills in browser optimization, compiler technology, or UX design.
