The role
We’re looking for a creative, organised individual to help us attract the best talent by bringing our employer brand to life. As our Employer Branding and Talent Marketing Specialist, you’ll blend marketing strategy with recruitment insight, creating and executing campaigns that make great people want to join us and stay.
You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, the wider Talent team and our CMO to shape how we show up in the market, from employer branding and social media to content, careers site optimisation, and candidate experience. You’ll play an important role in shaping how the world sees our brand as an employer. This is a hands-on opportunity to make an impact across every stage of the talent journey, helping us attract, engage, and retain brilliant people.
Responsibilities
Employer Brand & Strategy
- Help develop our employer value proposition (EVP) so it authentically reflects who we are
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify what makes us stand out, and turn that into compelling talent narrative
Content & Campaigns
- Create engaging, high-quality content across social, digital, and owned channels (employee stories, video, thought leadership, and day-in-the-life pieces)
- Create engaging visual and written content (e.g. powerpoint decks, digital assets, candidate packs) for use across campaigns and events
- Plan and run paid and organic campaigns to drive awareness and candidate engagement
- Lead and measure campaigns for effectiveness — optimizing through A/B testing and analytics
Digital Presence & Candidate Experience
- Be responsible for the careers website content and performance, ensuring it reflects our brand and delivers a flawless candidate experience
- Partner with TA to improve job descriptions, application flows, and outreach templates
- Collaborate with the Talent team by supplying digital assets and toolkits that bring consistency and impact
Community & Events
- Work with our Early Careers Partner to build relationships with universities
- Plan and promote recruitment events (both in-person and virtual), collaborating with wider teams including Facilities, Travel, and different business units
- Keep abreast of what’s happening in our industry, staying close to relevant networks and online communities to grow our talent pipelines
- Track event performance and engagement, sharing insights to improve future activity
Essential skills
- Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or recruitment communications, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with an eye for design and detail
- A creative yet analytical outlook; you can craft a campaign and measure its success
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills across social, video, and copy
- Confident using marketing tools to develop professional-quality content e.g. Canva ,LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot
- A passion for people and culture
