About the role

You’ll collaborate with engineers, program managers, and suppliers to ensure all materials, components, and tools flow efficiently through the lifecycle—from planning and purchase through installation and asset tracking.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and operations—helping deliver infrastructure for the most ambitious AI computing programs in the industry.

Key responsibilites

• Develop and maintain inventory, asset, and material management systems for Graphcores lab and datacenter operations.
• Partner with procurement and vendors to manage supply timelines and ensure readiness for build and deployment activities.
• Support compliance processes for export-controlled hardware and coordinate with Graphcore Trade Compliance.
• Build analytics dashboards that track spend, material flow, and project readiness

Experience:

Hold (or are on track to hold) a degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations or related discipline. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.

• Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Are comfortable working with data and systems to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Are curious about how complex hardware and supply ecosystems support next-generation computing.
