WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working / flexible hours
REPORTS TO: Flow Planning Manager
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of the administration of pricing within Funko's ERP systems to ensure every item within Funko's vast portfolio are correctly priced across a multitude of trading customers and currencies. In addition to managing pricing, the role provides support within flow planning, including reporting & responding to ad-hoc requests. The role is very interactive with the EMEA Sales and Order Entry Teams, with close working relationships with other departments in the organisation such as Product, Softlines, Planning, Marketing, and Credit Control.
- Pricing uploads within D365 of new items being launched to market, as lead by Product, Softlines, and Marketing
- Working with EMEA (and APAC) Sales Team to ensure customer-specific pricing is defined and maintained within D365, working with VP of Sales to ensure all negotiated rates have been approved.
- Completing amendments of existing pricing where requested, due to a change in strategy and/or customer-negotiated rates
- Working with VP of Sales and other departments to create discount codes within D365 where required
- Upkeep of the Pricing inbox, ensuring queries (and pricing-related blockers) are answered and resolved within the determined SLAs
- Maintaining clear and concise records within the multiple Pricing master excel documents.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly SOX audit files with manager, ensuring all pricing procedures complied with SOX standards.
- Assist the Flow Planning team in managing and responding to incoming requests, ensuring timely communication and accurate information is shared with relevant stakeholders
- Provide general support to the Flow Planning team, including reporting and ad-hoc tasks
- Participation in product / brand knowledge training to learn about new and existing product lines.
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Able to maintain the pace of a very fast-moving “on the pulse” business
- Very competent with Excel spreadsheets, lookups, pivot tables, index matches, etc. Knowledge of Microsoft D365 an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail to avoid errors
- Experience working with different currencies
- Problem solver and commercially minded
