We are looking for a D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to support and optimize our ERP platform. This role is responsible for managing environments, automating deployments, supporting integrations, and ensuring the stability and governance of our D365 F&O ecosystem.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on DevOps professional who enjoys working in structured release environments and supporting enterprise ERP platforms.

What You’ll Do
  • CI/CD & Release Management: Design, maintain, and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for D365 F&O, manage source control and branching strategies, coordinate code merges, build deployable packages, and execute structured deployments across development, UAT, and production environments while ensuring adherence to established release governance practices.
  • Environment & Lifecycle Support: Administer and support D365 F&O environments within Lifecycle Services (LCS), including environment refreshes, deployable package management, service updates, monitoring system health, and assisting with Microsoft One Version update planning and implementation.
  • Automation & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and other automation tools to streamline build and deployment processes, integrate automated testing frameworks such as Leapwork into pipelines, reduce manual intervention, and continuously improve release efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Partner with developers, QA, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams to support the full application lifecycle, enforce DevOps standards and best practices, maintain documentation, and ensure secure access controls and compliance within deployment workflows.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of DevOps or release engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Experience with:
    • Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, YAML preferred)
    • Lifecycle Services (LCS)
    • Git source control
    • Build and release pipeline management
  • Understanding of X++ development lifecycle and D365 model/package structure.
  • Experience writing PowerShell scripts.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121,500 - 151,000 annually.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
