What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain launch and pre-sale readiness across upcoming product lines, ensuring product details, timing, descriptions, imagery, and supporting information are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate closely with internal partners and commercial teams to resolve missing information, track changes, and keep launch plans moving forward.
- Communicate key launch updates to stakeholders, helping ensure teams are aligned on timing, changes, and priorities.
- Lead the creation of go-to-market and sales enablement materials for key launch moments, including presentations, order forms, notes pages, and other launch support tools.
- Build compelling launch decks that combine product storytelling, commercial relevance, and visual presentation to help bring upcoming ranges to life.
- Support and deliver launch presentations to internal teams and key stakeholders, ensuring they have the information and materials needed to represent products effectively in market.
- Create tailored materials for different channels, audiences, and regions, including exclusives, special programs, and international launch support.
- Manage product asset readiness for launch, including the tracking, staging, and secure distribution of imagery and related sales materials.
- Partner with internal teams to source, update, and distribute launch assets in line with timing, embargo, and approval requirements.
- Owns the secure sharing of sensitive product information using approved tools and processes.
- Use internal reporting, product demand signals, and market context to help identify priority launch opportunities and inform product visibility plans.
- Partner with Social, Retail Marketing, PR, Licensing, and international stakeholders to align on launch support, campaign timing, and product prioritisation.
- Act as a key point of contact for product-related go-to-market support, including requests tied to product copy, imagery, descriptions, presentations, and launch materials.
- Support and manage sensitive IP and embargo processes, including the preparation and secure sharing of restricted materials, while helping ensure launch governance standards are maintained.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in product marketing, go-to-market, category management, brand marketing, commercial planning, or product management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and launch milestones at once, while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across product, sales, marketing, licensing, pricing, creative, and international teams.
- Experience creating high-quality presentations, launch materials, or sales enablement tools that support commercial execution.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex processes from start to finish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and launch details can evolve quickly.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to chase information, solve problems, and keep projects moving.
- Sound judgment in handling confidential, embargoed, or otherwise sensitive product information.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for bringing products to market in a way that is organized, impactful, and commercially effective.
