We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a top-tier law school, substantial experience at a top law firm, and a proven track record working with high-growth technology startups (in-house and/or as external clients). Familiarity with real estate law (e.g., RESPA), consumer law (e.g., TCPA), M&A and fundraising facilitation, and SaaS business models are not required, but prefer

  Legal Strategy: Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team and board of directors to develop and implement legal strategies that align with our business goals and objec
• tives.Corporate Development: Support mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and commercial transactions. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various transaction document
• ation.Litigation Support: Coordinate our response to inbound and outbound legal inq
• uiriesCorporate Governance: Advise on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regula
• tions.Contracts and Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including employee agreements, customer contracts, vendor agreements, and
