Role Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Agent Network Manager to increase adoption of strategic agent-facing programs, that are focused on helping customers sell quickly and conveniently.
This is a high-impact, net-new role supporting our Offers team and designed to re-engage our agent network, improve program outcomes, and strengthen key partner relationships.
You’ll be the go-to person for agent enablement—reaching out to top agents, equipping them with tools and best practices, and ultimately driving stronger results from programs that directly impact Clever’s revenue and partner economics.
Key Responsibilities
📈 Agent Engagement & Program Adoption
- Rebuild relationships with agents and reinvigorate engagement in programs like Homeward
- Ensure agents understand and follow key processes to drive conversions
- Own regular agent outreach (email, phone, SMS, etc.) and education efforts
🛠 Content & Enablement Tools
- Create and maintain clear, compelling educational materials (decks, scripts, etc…)
- Develop scalable outreach templates to support agent engagement
- Gather and share feedback to improve messaging and tooling
🔍 Performance Monitoring & Conversion Improvement
- Track agent behavior, program usage, and conversion rates
- Identify high-potential opportunities and act to remove blockers
- Report on KPIs like appointment-to-application conversion
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with CX, Product, and Sales to align agent goals with business targets
- Advocate for improvements based on what you're hearing from the field
Ideal Candidate
You’re a proactive communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in data driven environments. You’re energized by educating others in order to help them succeed, and you know how to motivate people to adopt new processes or tools. Bonus if you’ve worked in real estate, proptech, or with external partners.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in account management, sales, or partner enablement
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience supporting or training external partners, vendors, or agents
- Organized and proactive—you follow through and hold others accountable
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Airtable, or other CRM platforms
- Real estate industry experience or working with licensed agents is highly desirable
What We Offer
💰 Base Salary: $50,000
🎯 On-Target Earnings: $70,000
🚀 Max Performance Pay: Up to $90,000
