The Role
We’re hiring a driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to fuel growth in our B2B2C channel, Clever Pro, which powers partnerships with mortgage lenders, banks, and institutions seeking to offer real estate services to their clients.
You’ll work closely with our CEO and executive team to close new deals, grow key accounts, and turn conversations into lasting partnerships that move the needle. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to be a hands-on seller, relationship builder, and closer.
What You'll Do
- Own your pipeline of enterprise opportunities—from outreach to launch
- Partner directly with the CEO on top-tier opportunities and closing strategy
- Build relationships with key stakeholders at banks, lenders, and fintech firms
- Advance deals through complex orgs, including procurement and vendor onboard
- Drive growth in existing accounts by identifying upsell and expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to create partner-facing assets and processes
- Represent Clever at industry conferences and events
Travel Expectations
Travel comes in waves. In some quarters, you may be on the road 8–10 weeks out of 12; in others, only 3–4. Most trips are short—1 to 2 nights max—but you should expect regular partner visits, conferences, and in-person meetings throughout the year.
What Success Looks Like
In Your First 6 Months
- Support closing efforts on in-flight deals alongside the CEO
- Build a personal pipeline with 10+ active conversions
- Progress at least 2 deals into late-stage approval or procurement
- Increase engagement with our largest account (U.S. Bank)
Within 18 Months
- Own and manage 15–30 enterprise prospects
- Close deals that drive 50+ transactions/month
- Become a go-to expert for Clever’s B2B2C sales motion
- Help build repeatable systems for tracking, reporting, and optimizing deal flow
What You Bring
- 5+ years in enterprise sales or partnerships, preferably in mortgage, real estate, or fintech
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing long sales cycles
- Ability to navigate large institutions and build relationships with executive stake holders
- Strong communication, follow-through, and project management skills
- Process-minded: you thrive with clear KPIs, pipelines, and CRM
