Role overview 🎯

We’re hiring an Email Marketing Account Manager to lead email and CRM marketing for our mortgage servicing partners. The Email Marketing Account Manager is responsible for developing email marketing campaigns that drive more mortgage and real estate listing leads for our partners, while also cultivating and nurturing strong business relationships with our key partners.

This role is one part Email Marketing Strategists and one part Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities 🛠️

Email marketing strategy & execution

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for mortgage companies that align with their KPIs
• Increase lead volume by improving deliverability, open rates, clickthrough rates, and conversion rates
• Write, edit, and optimize email copy and A/B test subject lines
• Outline and edit blog content for freelance writers and/or AI writing tools
• Collect and analyze marketing data to inform and improve email strategy
  
  

Client account management

• Interface with client marketing teams, C-suite members, and technical leads
• Prepare reporting decks and lead monthly business reviews
• Get buy-in from key stakeholders on marketing plans, manage client pushback, and troubleshoot roadblocks
• Manage client expectations
  
  

Ideal Candidate

You’re a passionate, results-driven email marketer with experience developing strong working relationships with high-profile clients. You’re comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders, both in-house and within client organizations. Bonus points if you’ve done email or CRM marketing for mortgage companies or financial institutions!

Qualifications ✅

• 5+ years of email marketing experience
• Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce, Act-On, and/or other CRMs and email marketing tools
• Proven track record of driving revenue through email marketing campaigns
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage client expectations
• Comfortable analyzing and working with data to test hypotheses and identify what’s working and what’s not working
• Experience putting together slide decks and monthly reports for clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write and edit compelling email marketing copy
