📌 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Program Manager to centralize and accelerate partner launches across Clever Pro — Clever's B2B2C platform for financial institutions.
The Program Manager will own Clever's partner launch process from end-to-end, work closely with engineering teams and lead implementation discussions, and collaborate with senior leadership on priorities and contract negotiations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, obsesses over the details, and can build out clear roadmaps and launch plans to keep teams on-track.

💰 Total Compensation: $70,000–$130,000

📋Key Responsibilities
Partner Launch & Program Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for all partner launches, managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop weekly and monthly partner plans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate partner meetings and provide detailed recaps with action items and deadlines.
- Drive faster partner onboarding, including vendor management, contracting, and testing.
- Track and report partner launch progress and impact on B2B lead volume.
- Identify bottlenecks and risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely launch execution.
- Provide insights to senior leaders to inform strategy and decision-making.
- A natural organizer who thrives on structure, planning, and process improvement.
- Proactive and decisive, able to anticipate issues and solve problems before they escalate.
- Excels at creating transparency by defining clear success criteria, tying work back to deadlines and business objectives, creating ways of measuring progress.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Comfortable balancing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Technical enough to ask challenging questions to engineers, push them to simplify and look for 'out of the box' solutions, and know the right things to ask for early.
- Understands the fundamentals of REST APIs, GraphQL, scrum and sprint management.
- They are constantly asking 'what's another way?' They try to find ways around any problem and don't get stuck in a single way of thinking.
- Metrics-driven, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Confident in taking ownership of projects with minimal supervision while keeping senior leaders informed.
- Familiar with real estate or mortgage industry
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Previous experience managing stakeholders at different levels
- 3–7 years of program or project management experience, preferably in B2B partnerships, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from initiation through completion with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with APIs and technical integrations
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- History of improving processes and driving efficiency
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to identify and mitigate risks.
