Role Description:
We are currently seeking a talented UX Designer to join our growing Product Org. This UX Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience framework for business-facing solutions built on our LGM-based Enterprise AI platform. As a UX Designer, you will focus on creating intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging interfaces, while seamlessly blending user-centric principles with data-heavy solutions.

Responsibilities:
Define the UX Framework
- Establish a scalable and extensible UX design framework starting with the supply-chain demand forecasting application.
- Ensure the framework can be adapted for future enterprise use cases.
User Research
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights from internal and external business users.
- Synthesize research findings to inform design decisions and improve usability.
Interaction and Visual Design
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and iterate designs based on feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure the UX framework integrates seamlessly with the platform's technical foundation.
- Work closely with engineers to optimize designs for performance and responsiveness.
Support Interpretability of AI
- Design interfaces that explain AI-driven insights and predictions clearly, building user trust and understanding of the system.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, ideally for data-driven enterprise applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
- Usability Testing: Proven ability to design and conduct usability tests to refine designs.
- Data Visualization: Experience designing dashboards and visualizations, with knowledge of libraries like Superset being a plus
- Familiarity with AI/ML: Basic understanding of predictive modeling and time series forecasting to design user-centric interfaces.
- Prototyping Tools: Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes to simulate and test user interactions.
- Familiarity with React and Typescript
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to convey design decisions and their rationale.
