Job Summary:

We are seeking a strong, delivery-focused Engineering Manager to lead customer implementation teams at InfrasAI. This role is critical in ensuring our multi-time-zone engineering teams deliver high-quality solutions on time while driving accountability and excellence.

The Engineering Manager will provide leadership and direction across distributed teams, focusing on building reusable, scalable software components that empower customer-facing implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Delivery: Drive customer implementation engineering projects with a strong emphasis on delivery excellence, accountability, and quality.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering high performance and keeping teams accountable across EST and IST time zones.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance in Java and React development, ensuring strong practices in software quality, reliability, and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure implementations meet customer needs and adhere to best practices.
  • Process & Accountability: Establish clear expectations, maintain a culture of accountability, and ensure teams consistently deliver high-quality results while supporting continuous improvement.
  • Multi-Project Management: Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects, balancing priorities while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Innovation: Encourage best practices for software delivery and explore opportunities for process improvements across customer implementation projects.

Requirements:

  • MS in Computer Science or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Java, Python, C++, MySQL, PostgresSQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, and Hadoop
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
