Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across global time zones.

This position requires hands-on experience with APIs and data formats, combined with the ability to quickly grasp our product and drive successful implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the implementation lifecycle for new clients or projects and be the primary point of contact from kickoff through go-live.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders (clients, engineering, and product teams) to translate business and technical needs into a clear integration plan.
  • Lead working sessions with client technical teams, ensuring strong understanding of our APIs, data requirements, and system behavior.
  • Execute hands-on API testing using Postman or similar tools and validate integrations in real-time (JSON, XML).
  • Document workflows, technical requirements, and timelines to keep everyone aligned and accountable.
  • Ensure successful delivery of implementation projects by proactively managing risks, dependencies, and timelines—escalating blockers early and driving momentum across multiple time zones (EST/IST).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation documentation, templates, and internal tooling.
  • Ramp up quickly on Infras’s product and processes to operate independently with minimal hand-holding.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years in a product-focused implementation or onboarding role at a SaaS or API-first company.
  • Strong Postman skills and experience working directly with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Clear, confident communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Comfortable leading customer calls, tracking timelines, and owning delivery across time zones.
  • Highly organized and action-oriented, you identify blockers early and keep projects moving.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem solving ability and proven capacity to learn complex products quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, multi-time-zone environment (EST <> IST).
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and drives tasks to completion.
  • Bonus: Experience in technical project management, insurance or fintech, or integration-heavy environments.
