About InfrasAI

InfrasAI is a high-growth AI startup backed by top VCs, the same investors behind Uber, Netflix, Slack, and Ring. We build AI agents that help financial services and insurance companies automate complex workflows at enterprise scale.

We're a small, fast-growing team where everyone owns their work end to end, and we trust people to run with things.

About the Role

Enterprise buyers in insurance and financial services hear a lot of big promises about AI. What they need is a clear picture of what a product actually does, which problems it solves, and how it fits into the realities of running a regulated business.

As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll shape how InfrasAI explains its products to the market. You'll work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customers to develop positioning and messaging, define use cases, build sales enablement, track competitors, and support product launches.

This role is highly cross-functional. It's a great fit for someone who is curious enough to dig into how the technology works and has the commercial sense to explain why it matters to buyers.

What You'll Do

Positioning & messaging

• Own positioning and messaging for InfrasAI's products, capabilities, and key use cases

• Translate technical AI capabilities into clear business outcomes for insurance and financial services buyers

• Tailor messaging for executives, operations leaders, technology teams, and other stakeholders

• Keep core product narratives current as the platform evolves

• Ensure messaging is consistent across external materials

Market & customer insight

• Build a deep understanding of insurance and financial services workflows, buyer priorities, and AI adoption trends

• Talk with customers and prospects to understand pain points, objections, and buying criteria

• Track competitors and adjacent technologies

• Identify new market opportunities and use cases

• Share insights with product and leadership teams

Sales enablement

• Create solution briefs, battlecards, use-case materials, presentations, and objection-handling resources

• Help the sales team explain product capabilities and differentiation clearly

• Develop messaging for different buyer personas and stages of the buying process

• Capture recurring prospect questions and fold them into enablement materials

Product launches & go-to-market

• Develop go-to-market plans for new products, features, and use cases

• Define target audiences, value propositions, and launch messaging

• Partner with product and engineering to turn upcoming capabilities into market-ready stories

• Make sure internal teams know what's launching, who it's for, and how to talk about it

• Measure launch results and use feedback to refine positioning

Industry voice

• Help shape InfrasAI's point of view on how agentic AI will change insurance and financial services operations

• Develop narratives for executive presentations, industry reports, thought leadership, and company announcements

• Ground stories in real customer problems and enterprise workflows

• Keep external claims accurate to what the product delivers

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional communication. You can make something technical easy to understand without losing accuracy.

• Commercial judgment. You know product marketing is about what matters to the buyer, not a list of features.

• Customer curiosity. You want to understand how insurers operate, where workflows break down, and why organizations buy.

• Technical curiosity. You don't need to be an engineer, but you're comfortable asking engineers questions until you understand the product.

• A strong point of view. You can pull together product, customer, and market information into a clear recommendation.

You'll Thrive Here If

• You enjoy learning from an engineer in the morning and turning it into executive-ready messaging by the afternoon

• You prefer concrete use cases and outcomes over vague AI language

• You like digging into complex enterprise products

• You're comfortable working directly with product, engineering, sales, and leadership

• You want to help define how a growing AI company presents itself to the market
