As a 👉Service Desk Network Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the company's network infrastructure across all its warehouses and the office, with an integrated focus on mobile devices and Wi-Fi management. Your responsibilities encompass three key areas:

🍅1. Network Management

  • Maintain and monitor the network infrastructure in all company warehouses, ensuring 24x7 network availability.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime.
  • Provide remote support and on-site assistance to resolve network-related problems promptly.
  • Implement and maintain measures for network security and data protection.
  • Oversee and optimize Wi-Fi network connectivity as an integral part of network management.

🍅2. Mobile Device and Equipment Managemen

  • Manage the configuration, security, and deployment of mobile devices used by employees, ensuring their seamless operation on the Wi-Fi network.
  • Implement and enforce mobile device security policies and protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device-related issues to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with corporate hardware management to ensure seamless integration of mobile devices within the infrastructure.

🍅3. Vendor and Provider Relationship Management:

  • Establish and manage contracts with vendors and service providers for network-related services, Wi-Fi equipment, and mobile device services.
  • Collaborate with vendors and providers to negotiate service agreements, optimize network performance, and enhance mobile device services.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements.
