• Build scalable and modular architectures.
• Unit testing and test driven development: apply unit testing principles and practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Code review and collaboration: Actively participate in code reviews, learn from peers and contribute to improve code quality.
• Feature ownership: Ownership for specific features.
• Performance: Focus on optimizing app performance.
• User experience and interface design.
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing: Share experience with juniors developers.
• Continuous integration and deployment: Learn about processes workflow, undestanding how it works.
• Hands-on software development
• Participate in technical meetings to validate and propose solutions
• Peers code review
• Bug and technical debt resolution
• Software documentation
• Participate in all team ceremonies (Standup, grooming, planning, retrospectives)
