We’re looking for an executive assistant and operator who can strategically extend the cofounders of a unicorn consumer fintech startup. You will be responsible for helping the CEO and CTO get more done in a day by running and supporting projects, extending and amplifying communications, building strong relationships throughout the company, and embodying the values that will help the team grow and scale.

Needed traits are emotional intelligence, patient understanding, analytical skills, work ethic, practicality, positive vibes, and a desire to constantly learn and improve. You’ll handle classic EA duties—calendar, travel, logistics—while also coordinating cross-functional projects, supporting board and company communications, and acting as an internal “air-traffic controller” to keep two busy founders focused on the highest-value work.

Here are recommended qualifications for this role, but keep in mind that we hire people not positions – feel free to apply if you demonstrate strong slope to make up for low intercept:

  • 5 + years EA experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth tech; at least 2 years in a 50–250-person startup.

  • Demonstrated mastery of calendar triage and priority juggling for multiple executives.

  • Strong project-management skills (Jira, Notion, or similar).

  • Fluent in G-Suite; intermediate Excel/Sheets (v-lookups, pivot tables for KPI prep).

  • Excellent written communication; can draft concise board-ready prose.

  • Discretion handling equity, comp, and M&A-related documents.
