Lili is seeking a Marketing Designer to join our team

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about crafting designs that are both beautiful and functional, with a keen ability to capture the essence of our product's value propositions and align them with our brand values. They excel in creating designs that accurately convey value in a visually appealing manner, making a real impact on our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business goals

In this role you will:

  • Lead the design of Lili’s marketing assets across various channels (websites, emails, ads, etc..)
  • Define and evolve the Lili brand and implement across the different assets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product teams, and partnerships to ensure a unified brand experience.
  • Continually innovate and stay informed on trends to ensure our marketing activities always stand out.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in marketing design and brand
  • Proven experience as a marketing designer or a similar role, and a portfolio showcasing your creative work
  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Experience with creating and handling slides templates.
  • Skills in illustration and motion design are a plus.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
