The Role

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll own and evolve Lili’s brand story across all channels. You’ll craft narratives that clarify who we are, amplify our customers’ successes, elevate partner facing storytelling, and strengthen our presence through initiatives, collaborations, and community driven efforts that express Lili’s values and strengths. You’ll collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve Lili’s brand narrative, ensuring consistent messaging and a unified story across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead brand led content creation, including customer success stories, case studies, blog and Resource Center articles, and editorial storytelling that reflects our value and voice.
  • Manage Lili’s social presence and community activity, driving channel strategy, content, engagement, and opportunities that increase awareness and credibility.
  • Develop and produce webinar narratives, shaping storylines for company webinars and supporting partner webinars with clear, confident messaging.
  • Run brand collaborations and initiatives, including co marketing efforts, ensuring they consistently reflect Lili’s voice and quality standards.
  • Strengthen partner facing brand storytelling by producing success stories, enablement content, and clear messaging that enhances the partner experience and elevates our value.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Experience running social channels and shaping brand presence online
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable operating independently
  • Ability to own initiatives end to end while collaborating across teams
  • Comfortable with scrappy execution and quick iteration in a startup environment
