Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer with strong visual taste and the ability to scale high-quality design across a growing set of marketing touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll care deeply about craft while staying pragmatic, designing assets that convert, scale, and stay consistent across channels. You understand how design supports product storytelling, lifecycle, and partnerships, and you’re excited about evolving both the brand and the way design work gets done.

What you’ll do

• Take a leading role in shaping and elevating Lili’s online presence, with a strong focus on website, landing pages, and key user journeys.
• Lead the design of Lili’s marketing assets across social, lifecycle, paid, partnerships, and product storytelling.
• Evolve and maintain Lili’s brand system, ensuring it reflects a confident, upmarket, growth-ready position.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Brand to translate product value into clear, credible visual stories.
• Own motion design across marketing - including product videos and micro-animations.
• Raise the quality and consistency of marketing assets by building better templates, reusable systems, and AI-assisted workflows that enable faster iteration and self-serve creation without sacrificing craft.

• 5+ years of experience in brand and marketing design for digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing product marketing, web, and lifecycle design work.
• Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Excellent visual judgment with the ability to communicate value clearly and credibly.
• Proficiency in motion design (micro-interactions, videos, animations).
• Comfort exploring AI-assisted tools to enhance design workflows, asset quality, or speed of iteration.
• Fluency with modern design tools and workflows and the ability to adapt quickly as tools evolve.
• Startup or tech industry experience is a plus.
