The Role
As VP of Product, you will define and lead Lili’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the U.S. market. You will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team,
translating company strategy into product direction and ensuring delivery of high-impact, compliant, and scalable fintech solutions.
Responsibilities
· Define and own the company’s product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the U.S. market
· Translate strategic objectives into clear product priorities and execution plans
· Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous optimization
· Drive development of scalable, compliant, and customer-centric fintech solutions
· Continuously assess U.S. market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments
· Define KPIs and measurable success metrics for all product initiatives
· Leverage data and insights to guide prioritization and strategic decisions
· Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Banking, and Operations
· Ensure disciplined roadmap management and effective resource allocation
· Build and refine product processes to support scale and long-term business objectives
Requirements
· 10+ years of product management experience
· 3+ years in senior product leadership (VP / Head / Director level)
· Mandatory: Significant fintech experience serving the U.S. market
· Proven track record building and scaling B2C and/or B2SMB financial products
· Proven track record building and scaling consumer-facing mobile financial products
· Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulations and compliance frameworks
· Strong understanding of U.S. financial frameworks – advantage (not mandatory)
· Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional leadership skills
· Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
· MBA or advanced degree — advantage
