Team and Role Overview:

The Revenue Organization at Skyflow is focused on driving revenue with category-creating SaaS software that will revolutionize the way companies isolate, protect and govern their most sensitive data. As the Global Head of Partnerships and Alliances, you will report directly to the CRO and play a critical role on the Go-To-Market leadership team. You will build out your organization over time, hiring key members with expertise with different types of partnerships and alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the global channel and partnership strategy to increase revenue and market share
  • Create a 1-2 year business plan to drive revenue through partnerships and alliances, identifying roles that need to be added to your team with expected revenue projections for each role.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with Skyflow’s business objectives and complement its offerings
  • Identify and pursue new alliances that compliment Skylow’s solution.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners, system integrators and consulting firms.
  • Generate, establish and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the AWS ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align partner integration and solutions with Skyflow’s product roadmap
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships such as revenue generated, customer acquisition costs and market share gained
  • Be the thought leader in the industry, promoting Skyflow’s brand and Privacy by Architecture Approach at speaking engagements, content, events, webinars and other initiatives

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in channel and partnership management in the tech industry, specifically in the B2B SaaS space
  • Strong understanding of the AWS marketplace and partner ecosystem, including technology partners, system integrators and consulting firms.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand and explain basic technical concepts and relate that to the business problem that we solve.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external partners
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with experience of developing and tracking KPIs to measure the success of the partnership programs

A base salary range of $156,000 - $214,000 can be expected for this role in the San Francisco/Bay Area. You could also be entitled to receive an additional incentive bonus or variable pay, equity, and benefits.
