About the role
ThoughtSpot is looking to hire a Product Manager for the Charts team. You will be responsible for shaping the future of one of ThoughtSpot’s core products - right from defining the vision, the strategy, and the roadmap, to overseeing the end-to-end execution, tracking the adoption and working with GTM teams to market, sell and support the product. You will be innovating at the intersection of technology and design to make our product both easier to use as well as more powerful, thereby delivering significant value to our customers, deepening our competitive advantage and pushing the analytics industry forward.
What You'll Do:
Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for ThoughtSpot’s Charting product.
Drive the prioritization, scope, and schedule of product activities, working closely with Engineering and Design Leads.
Work closely with customers to understand their operations and make sure the product meets their needs.
Develop consensus among stakeholders for product strategies and initiatives.
Facilitate customer and field involvement in collecting product feedback and driving it to actionable follow-up.
Work with GTM teams to develop sales & marketing tools, including product collateral, presentations, competitive analysis, videos, and articles.
What You'll Bring:
2 to 3 years of hands-on product management experience in successfully building, launching and managing software products.
Launching and managing UI-heavy products. Good eye for design, detail-oriented and with strong empathy for users.
B2B/SaaS experience is preferred.

Metrics oriented, data-driven and analytical.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with different stakeholders to get the desired result.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
