What’s The Role?
ThoughtSpot is seeking a bold, strategic, and results-driven VP of Americas Field Marketing to lead our regional marketing efforts and drive pipeline, revenue, and customer expansion across North America. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning field marketing with our global go-to-market vision and accelerating growth through creative, data-driven strategies.
You’ll lead a high-performing regional team and partner closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, Comms, Customer Success, and Partners to design and execute impactful programs that move the needle.
You’ll be responsible for driving the pipeline, have an eye for customer-centric storytelling, and bring the agility to adapt to market shifts.
What You’ll Do:
Regional Strategy & Execution
Own and evolve the marketing strategy across the Americas region to drive pipeline, revenue, and customer growth.
Oversee regional planning, campaign execution, budget management, and resource allocation — ensuring alignment with global GTM priorities.
Tailor marketing playbooks for key segments in Americas (Enterprise, Commercial, Strategic) and sub-regions.
Pipeline Generation & Acceleration
Partner with Global Growth Marketing and Sales to develop integrated campaign strategies that fill the funnel and accelerate deals.
Oversee both inbound and outbound programs, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes.
Champion a metrics-first mindset that ties marketing activity to revenue impact.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Lead and refine ABM efforts in collaboration with regional sales teams.
Prioritize strategic accounts and craft high-impact, hyper-targeted marketing campaigns that convert.
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
Drive co-marketing initiatives with key partners across the Americas.
Build scalable programs that leverage partner ecosystems to extend reach and influence pipeline creation.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing regional team.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Analytics & Optimization
In collaboration with Marketing and Sales Ops, leverage data to optimize performance and maximize ROI across channels and programs.
Implement feedback loops to continuously improve strategy and execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Be a connective tissue between Field Marketing Growth Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Partner teams.
Ensure regional initiatives are fully integrated with global campaigns and company objectives.
What You Bring:
10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in senior field/regional marketing leadership roles
Proven success driving pipeline and revenue in the B2B SaaS or enterprise tech space
Deep experience partnering with Sales and leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives
Track record of building and executing effective ABM and partner marketing programs
Strong analytical skills — comfortable owning KPIs, dashboards, and campaign performance reviews
Exceptional team leader — able to inspire, develop, and retain top marketing talent
Clear communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels
Bachelor’s degree required
