Digital Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for leading our paid social media strategy, managing a annual budget. You’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline through paid channels, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll do:
Own and lead the paid social strategy end-to-end, ensuring alignment with GTM goals.
Manage a annual paid social budget, including planning, allocation, and performance tracking.
Lead campaign execution and optimization across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot campaigns with partners.
Use data and insights to drive continuous campaign improvement and report on performance to senior stakeholders.
What you bring:
8–12 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid social media and digital marketing.
Demonstrated success in owning and optimizing budgets.
Experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and levels.
Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments; SaaS/B2B background is a plus.
