What's The Role?

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager in the West Region. The right candidate for this position will have a demonstrated history of success in protecting and growing revenue within enterprise organizations. Experience managing and expanding relationships within existing accounts (preferably involving software applications, but software account management is not necessary for consideration) is highly valued. Ideally, you have worked with Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics solutions and/or are familiar with the data market. The ability to work independently in a rapidly growing environment is important. We also value the ability to evangelize an evolving product that provides real value to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintaining and strategically developing relationships within assigned accounts to protect existing revenue streams.

  • Identifying and executing strategies to grow revenue within our amazing customer base through expansions and new opportunities.

  • Building and nurturing relationships and networks within our technology ecosystem (partners, influencers) to better serve our customers and unlock new value.

  • Managing complex account engagements, from identifying growth opportunities to successful expansions.

  • Consistently driving revenue growth within assigned accounts by leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs and our solutions.

  • Collaborating with customers, partners, and the larger ecosystem in a consultative approach to ensure customer success and identify growth potential.

  • Maintaining strategic oversight of assigned accounts, ensuring engagements achieve their intended outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record of successfully protecting and growing revenue within an existing customer base.

  • Experience orchestrating complex account management cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders, with a particular focus on SaaS and disruptive technologies.

  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing expansion opportunities, with a focus on excellence in understanding customer needs and driving value.

  • Strong ability to build champions and nurture / develop long-term, strategic relationships.

  • Strong business acumen coupled with experience in understanding customer business drivers and a willingness to learn and the discipline to work within a proven account management process.

  • You have proven ability to engage both high and wide within accounts and can engage effectively with C-level and business line executives.
