What's The Role?
ThoughtSpot is seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Creative Director to lead the creative strategy, development, and execution for brand, product and marketing efforts. You would be responsible for shaping and executing the company's visual identity across various platforms, including website, digital and print ads, event and booth graphics, videos, landing pages emails, employee engagement and experiential marketing. Your role would involve developing and delivering compelling visual content that communicates ThoughtSpot's brand values and messaging to its target audience.
What You'll Do:
Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the brand's visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with ThoughtSpot's mission and values.
Creative Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to produce high-quality creative work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and people teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Design Systems & Guidelines: Build and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across all creative assets.
Storytelling & Content Creation: Craft compelling narratives and visuals that effectively communicate ThoughtSpot's value proposition and resonate with the target audience.
What You Bring:
Extensive Experience: 15+ years in art direction and brand design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling and creative direction. At least 5+ years of people management experience.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and motion graphics software.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business strategies into design principles and creative solutions.
Leadership Skills: Experience leading and mentoring creative teams, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
