  • Lead customer discovery, technical deep dives, architecture workshops, and solution presentations focused on embedding ThoughtSpot into customer applications.

  • Develop and deliver prototypes, customized demos, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to illustrate the value of ThoughtSpot Embedded in real-world environments.

  • Advise customers and prospects on best practices for API integrations, SDK usage, single sign-on (SSO) authentication, security architectures, and scalable embedded analytics designs.

  • Enable and mentor direct SE teams in the EMEA region on embedded analytics patterns, technical approaches, and ThoughtSpot Embedded capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback on customer insights, helping to shape the future of ThoughtSpot Embedded.

  • Represent the embedded specialist function as part of a global team, contributing to cross-regional knowledge sharing and consistency.

Core Competencies:

Collaboration & Interaction

  • Builds trusted partnerships with regional AEs, SEs, prospects, customers, and global embedded team members.

  • Adjusts communication styles to technical, developer, product, and executive audiences.

  • Solves complex embedded analytics challenges across multi-cloud, multi-tenant, and hybrid architectures.

  • Proactively identifies solutions that balance customer needs with scalable, secure designs.

Knowledge & Application

  • Expert in embedding search-driven analytics through APIs, SDKs, and front-end integrations.

  • Deep technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of technical pre-sales, architecture, or embedded solutions experience.

  • Deep expertise in scalable embedded analytics architectures, cloud-native application development, and enterprise-grade security models.

  • Experience mentoring SEs or field teams, influencing product strategies, and engaging with technical executives.

  • Advanced technical degree or equivalent senior leadership experience preferred.

  • Based in EMEA or strong experience supporting EMEA-based customer accounts.
