The Role
ThoughtSpot is looking for a passionate and strategic GTM Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be responsible for hiring top-tier Go-To-Market talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related functions. You’ll play a critical part in scaling our revenue-generating teams, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and close world-class candidates.

Location: Chicago (Hybrid)
What You’ll Do:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, with a focus on Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions Architect, and related functions.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies
Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through innovative and proactive methods
Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Leverage data to guide decisions, improve processes, and influence strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, People Ops, and Compensation to deliver seamless offer and onboarding experiences
Champion our early AI adoption culture by using AI tools and automation to streamline sourcing, outreach, and reporting
Maintain strong, diverse pipelines of passive candidates for future opportunities
What You Bring:
3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM or sales hiring (startup or high-growth tech experience preferred)
Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets
Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
A data-driven approach with comfort using metrics to inform recruiting decisions
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Experience using modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, etc.)
Curiosity and comfort with AI tools and automation platforms to optimize recruiting workflows
Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams and delivering an excellent candidate experience
