About the Role:

At ThoughtSpot, Business Technology (BT) is more than just IT — it’s the strategic engine that powers our infrastructure, business applications, and data-driven intelligence, all aligned to our AI-first mission.
As the BT Leader, you will oversee three critical functions that enable ThoughtSpot’s business at scale:

• IT Infrastructure & Tools – Build and maintain the secure, scalable technology foundations and productivity tools that empower our global teams.

• Business Systems – Manage and optimize the core enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, etc.) that power our day-to-day business operations.

• Data & Analytics – Build data infrastructure and intelligence capabilities that turn raw data into actionable insights for smarter decision-making.
  

You will define and drive the strategic vision of an integrated, AI-first Business Technology organization. By embedding AI into every layer of our technology stack, you’ll enable automation, smarter workflows, and data-driven decision-making, while leading a high-performing team culture focused on innovation and impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and scale the BT organization across IT, Business Systems, and Data & Analytics.

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap focused on embedding AI into business technology to improve productivity, reliability, and agility.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business teams to solve complex problems and deliver impactful solutions.

• Build and nurture high-performing teams with a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and innovation.

• Drive technical excellence, operational rigor, and process efficiency at scale.

• Ensure technology solutions are aligned to business goals and support rapid growth.

• Proven experience leading technical teams in IT, Business Systems, or Data & Analytics in fast-growing environments.

• Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Passion for applying AI/ML to transform business operations and decision-making.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience integrating technology solutions to drive business impact at scale.
