Own growth at one of the fastest-moving names in AI analytics

ThoughtSpot is hiring a Director of Digital Growth Marketing to lead our paid media, organic search (SEO/AEO), and conversion programs end to end. This is the person who decides where the budget goes, how the funnel performs, and how fast we can turn insight into pipeline.

It's a hands-on, player-coach role, you'll set the strategy and stay close enough to the numbers to know exactly why a campaign moved. You'll directly manage our paid media agency across search, paid social, display, and video, and you'll manage the team member who runs our organic search agency. If you love the mix of high-level strategy and getting into the account, this role was built for you.

We're looking for a growth leader who is genuinely AI-forward — someone who already uses AI to move faster, make sharper decisions, iterate on creative, and squeeze more performance out of every channel. Not as a buzzword. As a daily habit.

What You'll Own

  • Full-funnel digital growth across paid media, organic search, and every key conversion path on the site.
  • Direct management of our paid media agency — planning, execution oversight, performance management, budget alignment, and cross-channel optimization.
  • Coaching and support for the team member who oversees our organic search agency, keeping SEO tightly aligned to pipeline goals.
  • Channel strategy across paid search, paid social, display, video, and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Budget and investment decisions — where dollars go, what we scale, what we cut, and why.
  • Cross-functional partnership with product marketing, integrated marketing, sales, web, design, and regional teams to align digital execution with GTM motions and product launches.
  • Measurement and attribution — campaign tracking, reporting consistency, attribution inputs, and lead-quality visibility that leadership can trust.
  • Performance storytelling — turning data into clear recommendations on spend efficiency, conversion, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.

What You Bring

  • Significant experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across paid social, paid search, display, and video.
  • Strong command of AEO/SEO / organic search and how it drives traffic, conversion, and pipeline.
  • A track record managing paid media agencies directly — strategy, execution, communication, and budget discipline.
  • Sharp analytical skills and real confidence using performance data to make calls, weigh tradeoffs, and guide investment.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, web, and creative teams.
  • Fluency in conversion strategy, landing page optimization, campaign tracking, SEO, and measurement fundamentals.
  • The ability to manage budgets and forecasts carefully while adapting fast to shifting performance.
  • An AI-forward mindset — practical, everyday use of AI tools and workflows to improve speed, quality, creative iteration, and results.
  • Excellent communication and project management, and comfort in a fast-moving, high-bar environment.
