About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Data Engineering & Integrations Intern to join our Data & Analytics team. We don't expect you to arrive knowing everything — we expect you to arrive hungry to learn. You'll work alongside experienced engineers on real-world data pipelines, system integrations, and analytics platforms, with full ownership of your work from Day 1.
If you have a strong engineering foundation and the drive to build and deliver, we'll invest in your growth.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
- Support end-to-end data integrations connecting applications, APIs, and data platforms
- Design and implement integration workflows using iPaaS tools and custom connectors
- Contribute to data modeling and cloud data platform work
- Debug pipeline and integration failures and take ownership of resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, GTM, Product, IT,HR) to deliver analytics-ready datasets
Must Have:
- Programming — Python, Java, or JavaScript (at least one)
- SQL — querying, transformations, aggregations
- APIs — REST API concepts, request/response patterns, authentication basics
- Data & Integration Concepts — pipelines, batch vs. streaming, data quality, system integrations
- PySpark — distributed data processing
- Snowflake — cloud data warehouse
- Databricks — unified data & AI platform
- Apache Airflow — workflow orchestration
- Boomi — iPaaS for building integration processes and connectors
- Dimensional Modeling — star/snowflake schema, facts & dimensions
- iPaaS / Integration Patterns — middleware, event-driven architecture

- Comfortably and confidently integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflow to increase productivity and quality.
- Hands-on experience to leverage AI tools (industry-leading LLMs) to increase productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve work quality.
- Speak to the experience of using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining ownership of judgment and final decisions.
- Write effective prompts to get the most accurate and creative results from AI tools.
- Curiosity in exploring new AI tools
- Adaptability to quickly learn and implement new, emerging AI technologies
- Critical thinking to know when to identify when AI should be used versus when human judgement is necessary
