About the Opportunity ✍️

In this role, you will be joining the Product Operations team. Our team works directly with product management, engineering, and policy teams on the company’s top priority initiatives. Product Operations is responsible for building strong connections with user-facing teams (e.g. customer experience, partnership), ensuring a tight product feedback loop, and coordinating high quality launches. The team is deeply rooted in customer empathy using MoonPay products and leverages data insights to help set strategy and direction.

What you will do…

  • Drive top company priority product & policy launches, and global rollouts (in partnership with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance and others)

  • Own product launch readiness to ensure that user-facing teams are ready with the information and processes required to support new products & policies

  • Collect, quantify & prioritize product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development. Uplevel the understanding of how the product is being used in the real world and create a feedback flywheel to drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop scalable processes & tools and share your thought leadership on how to run efficient launches at MoonPay

  • Identify and actively build connections with relevant subject matter experts across the company to surface insights, to get them excited about what your team is building, and to pave the way for smoother future rollouts

  • Build partnerships, design feedback loops, and create coordination points with regional go-to-market and product teams

What you will need…

  • Experience: 5+ years in Program Management, Customer Support Operations, or Product Operations, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.

  • Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with proficiency in managing projects across multiple disciplines

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools, with a demonstrated ability to utilize data analysis and dashboard reporting tools (e.g., Looker) and interpret the data to build compelling narratives.

  • Adaptability: ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities and ambiguity..

  • Problem-Solving: Experience identifying and implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience facilitating dialogue with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes

  • Ownership: A sense of accountability and responsibility, taking initiative to drive projects to completion and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
