Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for all aspects of success in growing, serving and profitably monetising key strategic segments for our UK SMB business. Working in the Sales department, you will act as deputy to the Sales Director (SMB) and ensure that Product, Traffic delivery, Lead-generation, Marketing, Sales and Sales Enablement are all aligned to deliver. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead planning sessions with key stakeholders to ensure both strategic and tactical execution.
  • Develop and implement robust sales plans to achieve sector-specific targets.
  • Align sales strategies with overall business goals and market opportunities.
  • Facilitate monthly review sessions to assess and analyse performance, identify challenges, and develop solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce low value activity, working with Sales Enablement to enhance processes, systems and increase automation where possible.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a visionary and strategic senior business leader within SMB sales.
  • Proven experience in leading strategic planning and aligning multiple functions to achieve business goals.
  • Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and developing strategies for improvement and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying goals, progress, and adjustments, and coordinating initiatives.
  • Innovative approach to acquiring new customers and identifying/pursuing new market opportunities.
