If you are passionate about employer branding and have a “can do” attitude, then Universum’s Strategy Consultant role could be your next career step! In this position you will be a part of our Advisory team, you can be based remote in Italy or in our Stockholm office.

You will join a team of humble, diverse and talented individuals who advise clients on their employer branding strategies. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that’s made for the type of person whose talents don’t neatly fit into a single box or category.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients, collaborating closely to understand their needs and develop effective solutions within Employer Brand Strategy and EVP.
  • Sales Support / Pitching: Support the sales team by contributing strategic insights and expertise to pitches and proposals, aiding in acquiring new business.
  • Collaborate for client success with project managers
  • Product Ownership: Take ownership of specific strategic initiatives, overseeing their development and implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or the equivalent as the basis for your career in a relevant field
  • Experience within Employer Branding is a big plus.
  • Fluent in Italian
  • Business English, other language proficiencies (Swedish, French, German, Spanish) are a plus
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and execute Employer Brand strategies and Workshops that align with client objectives and drive business success based on Universum Data.
  • Sales Support: Experience in providing strategic support the sales teams, contributing to pitches, and developing strategies that win new business.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Vendor/Partner Management: Skills in cultivating and managing relationships with external partners or vendors to enhance agency capabilities.
