Job Description
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from the products and services they’ve invested in. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams to drive customer success, satisfaction, and retention. You’ll play a key part in helping clients fully understand and utilise all the products available to them, supporting their goals with a proactive and consultative approach to maximise product usage across the board.
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage a large volume of SMB customers, ensuring strong relationships and driving excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Engage proactively and reactively to maximize product usage, identifying opportunities for additional solutions to increase revenue.
- Lead client onboarding with approved tools, presentations, and timelines, while training clients on TotalJobs products and solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on product utilization and performance.
- Identify risks and employ effective strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar B2B account management role managing large portfolios of client accounts
- Demonstrable experience of balancing multiple competing priorities
- Prior experience in using technology to deliver automated customer journeys and experience
- Demonstrable experience of working proactively to help clients utilise the products and services they've purchased
- Experience in onboarding clients desirable
