Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for working on the debtors ledger to maximise the collection of outstanding debt against monthly targets. Working in the finance department, you will be enforcing payment terms in a high paced, targeted driven environment, to achieve results whilst minimising rolling debt and maintaining customer satisfaction.. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Some of your responsibilities:

  • Chase outstanding debt via phone & email, focusing on obtaining payment whilst maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring collection notes are maintained on the customer account in the collections system.
  • General credit control administration tasks, including but not limited to; providing copy invoices, account reconciliation, adding PO’s, prepare refund paperwork, manage accounts receivable Inbox, maintaining customer standing data and processing credit notes/rebills and clawbacks.
  • Manage queries end to end, including contract cancellation, rebills & credit notes.
  • Communicate with the sales teams and client to resolve queries to achieve payment and minimise debt write off.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record in a high-volume collections’ environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, logical approach with good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional approach to all customers, internal and external
  • Ability to work in a high call volume & targeted environment.
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Good Word and Excel skills essential
