Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for

owning the product vision and roadmap for our QA platform team, ensuring that our internal teams have the right frameworks and capabilities to deliver high-quality products at scale.

Beyond serving as the product manager for the QA platform team, you will also play a critical role in driving quality initiatives at an organizational level, collaborating with engineering, product, leadership and business stakeholders to raise the bar for testing and product quality company-wide.

Working in the Quality Assurance Platform team, you will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the centralized QA platform. This team provides tools, processes, and best practices that empower QA engineers and development teams across the organization.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Partner with QA engineers, developers, and stakeholders across multiple product lines to understand needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve quality assurance practices organization-wide, introducing scalable frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Lead cross-functional programs to implement large-scale quality improvements, such as test automation strategies, CI/CD integrations, and standardization of QA practices.
  • Serve as the advocate for quality across the organization, influencing leadership and teams on best practices.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of QA platform initiatives through clear metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in platform or infrastructure teams, with a strong background in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Engineering, and good understanding of modern QA practices.
  • Experience leading large-scale initiatives that impact multiple teams or the entire organization, and ability to balance technical depth with business context; comfortable working with engineers while influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, and strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Nice to haves: Experience in centralized or platform teams serving multiple engineering organizations; Familiarity with QA and test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, or developer tooling; Background in scaling processes and driving cultural change around product quality.
  • Some knowledge of understanding of the following the stack; Test Automation Frameworks such as UI/E2E: Cypress with JavaScript, API/Service Testing: Java,Groovy and Spock, Continues Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) - Bamboo, AWS , Performance Testing: K6 with JavaScript, Metrics & observability: Grafana, Kibana, Datadog and Temporal, Collaboration & Management: TestRail, Jira, Confluence
