Job Description
The employee is employed in the capacity of Response Handling and Recruitment Consultant and will be expected to conduct herself in a professional manner expected of a person in this position. This will include conduct with honesty, integrity and in a lawful manner during normal day to day business transactions.
Utilising the Pnet platform to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring and existing hiring needs. Proactively source, screen and recommending candidates for roles across multiple clients.
You will identify and create opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the HRBP’s and/or Hiring managers, identify potential “fit for purpose” employees through effective candidate conversations and screening. Champion our Pnet brand and strive to live out our company values.
Responsibilities/ Outcomes
- Consult with leaders, hiring managers and HRBP team on Job descriptions, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
- Drafting advertisements/ listings according to legislation and policy on behalf of Pnet clients.
- Responding to applicants and managing candidate touchpoints so we can keep them warm and updated through the recruitment selection process.
- Initial response handling and shortlisting of candidates based on scoring, recommendation/s and suitability based on recruitment best practices.
- Coordinating and arranging interviews (both virtual via Zoom and/or in-person interviews when appropriate) for all candidates; communicating with the client and candidates as appropriate.
- Creating shortlists for Clients to conduct interviews from.
- Telephonic candidate screening
- General Administration.
- Client liaison and relationship management.
- Prepare Reports to be submitted to management and clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter consultant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing workload
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Executive stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
