Job Description
As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will lead and optimise end-to-end People Operations processes to support a high-performing, engaged workforce. You play a critical role in delivering a consistent, compliant, and people-centred employee experience while driving continuous improvement, digitalisation, and scalable ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of People Operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with local employment legislation, and alignment with global standards.
- Drive the simplification, standardisation, and digitalisation of People Operations processes, leveraging Workday to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
- Act as a trusted operational partner to leaders, People Partners, and Centres of Excellence, providing pragmatic guidance on policies, processes, and employee relations matters.
- Ensure accurate and compliant delivery of core operational activities, including contracts, onboarding and offboarding, performance and compensation cycles, benefits administration, and local payroll operations.
- Lead and contribute to global People projects and special initiatives, using data and insights to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior People Operations role within a complex, fast-paced, and change-driven environment, ideally in a global or matrixed organisation.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end People Operations processes, local employment legislation, and compliance requirements, applied with sound judgement and pragmatism.
- High capability in HR systems and digital tools (ideally Workday), with a strong data mindset and experience improving processes through automation and optimisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and handle sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance operational delivery with project and change work.
