Job Description

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies that align with Stepstone UK’s overall objectives, while cultivating a high-performance culture of excellence across the UK Sales organisation. Working in the Sales Enablement department, you will align sales strategies with market opportunities, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress and necessary adjustments to Sales Leadership. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new products and market entries.
  • Manage a team of 3 (Sales Intelligence Manager, Commercial Projects Manager, Sales & Client Strategy Manager)
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, sales processes and go-to-market strategy is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years' team management experience.
  • Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and developing strategies for improvement and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying goals, progress, adjustments and coordinating initiatives.
  • Ability to run initiatives in response to competitive activity or new opportunities and define growth strategies.
