About The Role:

Become the creative force behind Oliv.AI's brand, web, and marketing design. As the Founding Designer, you'll lead our design efforts, shaping the visual identity of our website, marketing collateral, and brand. You'll collaborate with our marketing team to create user-centered designs that delight and engage. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the creation of visually engaging and effective communication materials across diverse projects.
  • Define and maintain the visual identity of Oliv.AI.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
  • Drive the design vision and strategy in collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Develop and implement user-centered design processes to create intuitive and seamless user experiences.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all platforms and collateral

What We Need:

  • 4-7 years of experience in designing for SaaS companies, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and creativity. AI exposure preferred
  • Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional designs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
