The Role

OnePay is looking for a Core App Product Marketing Lead to manage go-to-market strategy, and marketing campaign ideation & execution for the Mobile App team. You’ll develop on-going and effective integrated marketing plans to drive profitable revenue and growth. You will be a key contributor working across the marketing organization, including design, performance marketing, data analytics, and lifecycle marketing. You will collaborate very closely with the product team, and own the funnel within the app and public website experiences. The analytics team will be a key partner for test design, and optimizing the marketing funnel.

This role is responsible for:

  • Supporting and managing integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategy, planning and execution for core app features across all channels and distribution.

  • Crafting and articulating value propositions and messaging to inform marketing initiatives

  • Collaborating, building and executing marketing campaigns to support KPIs, including conversion goals throughout the funnel, and more efficient CACs

  • Partnering closely with vertical product leaders and marketing managers to ensure their marketing integrates seamlessly into the app, while preserving consistency and simplicity for users

  • Owning core pages across the public website, including homepage and marketplace, as well as key experiences within the app to improve customer conversion and product adoption.

  • Articulating value propositions and product messaging strategy for existing and new feature launches.

  • Collaborating on creative briefs to inform the development of web and app design experiences, as well as work with Brand team and design team on creative assets for owned, earned, and paid channels.

  • Partnering cross-functionally to assess market needs and opportunities, validating with customers, defining value propositions and marketing/industry positioning

  • Training and supporting the internal teams team to articulate our product value and competitive advantage

  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of the product marketing team efforts against KPIs to optimize business outcomes and foster continual test and learn agenda.

  • Conducting comprehensive market research to deeply understand customers, current market trends, the competitive landscape, and key investor insights.

You Bring

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with deep expertise in product marketing and digital experiences, with a retail consumer focus

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Expertise “owning” in-experience marketing funnel

  • Experience with determining product-market fit and delivering products to market

  • Proven experience launching new products with fully integrated plans and execution

  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging

  • Strong ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
