The Role
As a Product Manager, Data, your mandate is to be a subject matter expert in all things data and advocate robust, minimal friction data controls. This role will impact OnePay’s’s vision by helping make data-centric product decisions and preemptively identifying and plugging product, data, and business control gaps that could adversely affect customer experience or increase business risk. You will work closely with the other product managers, analytics, and engineering team(s) working on improving the current product offerings and introducing new features.
This role is responsible for:
Building control alerts in the form of SQL queries that can be automatically triggered every day to monitor that the product is consistently functioning as intended.
Monitoring the exceptions and working with the relevant stakeholders to rectify the root cause.
Championing remediation and cleanup of historical data issues.
Develop relevant control management framework document(s) in partnership with business and control partners.
Gaining a solid understanding of the data lineage, and being able to critique, and provide feedback on the data models.
Being an individual contributor who can be effective and efficient who can independently work in a remote location under tight deadlines.
You Bring
Senior (10 - 15 Years)

Proven track record of delivering data-centric solutions in a financial domain.
Solid SQL skills. .
Structured thinking to break down the assignments into logical components and drive the solution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
An in-depth understanding of the product features, and ability to think through the edge cases from a data controls perspective.
An in-depth data analysis mindset to discover insights that can provide input to future product roadmap and requirements.
