This opportunity will serve as the CEO's Personal Chief of Staff, managing both personal and professional dimensions of their life. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, high-energy early career individual to dive into a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring efficient time management and coordination of professional and personal commitments.

  • Maintain and enhance personal and professional relationships on behalf of the CEO, ensuring a strong network of contacts.

  • Conduct research and prepare detailed reports on various topics to support decision-making processes.

  • Lead and manage a variety of projects, adjusting to the scope and scale as required, while ensuring timely and successful delivery.

The base salary for this full-time position, which spans across multiple levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $80,000 to $120,000.
